Refer a Friend Scheme Terms & Conditions 

Referrer: 

1. A referrer is someone who refers business to Cream Financial Solutions. 

 Referrals: 

1. A referral is someone referred to Cream Financial Solutions to have a mortgage and/or protection review. 
2. The referrer must seek the referral’s permission to share their name and contact details with Cream Financial Solutions. 
3. A referral cannot be someone who lives in the same household as the referrer. 

 Payment: 

1. To qualify for the £120 payment, the referral must have a mortgage and/or protection review by one of our advisers and agree to proceed with our recommended solution. 
2. Payment of £120 will be made once the policy has gone on risk or when the mortgage has completed. 
3. Payment will be made directly into the referrer’s bank account and Cream Financial Solutions will require confirmation of the referrer’s account details to make the transaction. 

General: 

1. Should the referral want to speak to Cream Financial Solutions directly and not have their details passed over, when speaking to our advisers, they will need to confirm the referrers full name, along with their address or phone number, so that we can ensure that the right person qualifies for the Refer a Friend Scheme payment. 
2. One payment will be made for each referral who takes out a product via Cream Financial Solutions. 
3. If a payment has been made and the referral decides to take out products in the future, via Cream Financial Solutions, no further payment will be made to the referrer. 
4. If the referral does not agree to proceed with our recommended solution, no payment will be made to the referrer. 
5. The Refer a Friend Scheme offer can be removed at any time.
